14 Day Returns Policy

1. If you change your mind about Lovebug™ cat food, please contact
hello@lovebugpetfood.com.

2. You’ll need to return the product unopened and undamaged within 14 days of receiving it.

3. You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs, subject to terms and conditions.
Postage of the return is not included in the refund.

If you received a faulty product, please contact hello@lovebugpetfood.com as soon as possible for a refund, a return & replacement (as long as your request meets the requirements laid out in the terms and conditions).
